I graduated with a BSc in Quantity Surveying in 1988 and worked with one of the major building contractors for almost 10 years before joining McDougall Surveyors in 1998.
My previous experience with a large contractor brings an added dimension to the services that the Practice offers.
I have a proven track record of sound financial management on numerous large construction projects, including shopping centre developments, hospitals, banks, libraries, industrial units, business parks and commercial office developments.
My experience is ideally suited to providing a senior management role in large or small organisations looking after contract cost control including analysis of tender estimate, preparation of sub-contract tender packages, placement of sub-contract orders, monthly valuations, cost reports and budgets, project financial cost control and management, and agreement of contract and sub-contract accounts.
